Track employee achievements, create orientation and annual review documents, and maintain current records.

What strengths do you bring to the Colorado Chapter and what strengths would you bring to the position you are running for?
My meticulous documentation of meeting minutes improves efficiency by having previous discussions immediately available. Accurate documentation also improves accountability, because each person at the meeting can easily reference their commitments.

Professionally, my strong commitment to a bio-psycho-social approach in physical therapy is a needed voice at the table. Medicine is beginning to recognize the inseparability of the mind and body, and our profession must be at the forefront of implementing this paradigm. As the Board makes decisions about the direction of our Chapter, I will ensure that a whole-person outlook is included.

What are weaknesses of the Colorado Chapter and what improvements would you like to make?
The Colorado Chapter could do more outreach for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Diverse perspectives among our members will benefit our patients and our profession.
