What strengths do you bring to the Colorado Chapter and what strengths would you bring to the position you are running for?
My experience as the Chair of the GAC and an owner of two physical therapist practices will prove complementary to the diverse experience of the rest of the Board. I will ensure that the Executive Committee continues to prioritize physical therapist pay, student debt and the growing moral injury within our profession.

What are weaknesses of the Colorado Chapter and what improvements would you like to make?
The Colorado Chapter of the APTA has long had passionate and brilliant volunteer leaders who have been great mentors to myself and others. Our Board and volunteers pour huge amounts of their personal time into running our Chapter. Despite this commitment, we find ourselves under-resourced with declining engagement and membership. At this time, other professional organizations are seeing robust growth while our membership wanes. I believe this is a critical time to investigate our management structure and consider the possibility that a change in Executive Directors may provide a solution to our resource and engagement difficulties.
